Christmas 2011

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve at my parents, as usual. I didn't get too may pictures, but here are a few-

Dressing Charlie for Christmas!
Sitting on Grandpa's new bike.
Mimi and Grandpa spoiled the boys, of course. Here is a picture of Logan with his new "Caillou" doll, who he loves!

Christmas Day

Our Tree after Santa visited!
The cookies we left for Santa
Jack when he first saw that Santa had come and left him some gifts!
Logan first look at all the loot!
Happy boy!
Jack was so excited about his fossil kit and his science kits he had asked Santa for!

Logan loved his new Hamburger piggy bank, which he had been eying every time we went to target. He's pretending to eat it.
The boys playing with the Bat Cave. This was the "Big" present that Santa left for the both of them.
After opening all our presents we went to church and then to Adam's parents for the day. It was very hectic with all the kids, but fun! They were all so excited!

Wintertime activities

At the beginning of December Jack was invited to a Skating Birthday party for our little neighbor. This was his first time ever skating. Despite it being quite hard for him he loved it! He has been asking to go back ever since. Maybe we'll have to go during Christmas vacation.

Today we finally got some snow! The boys were so excited. I tried to have them wait until we had more to go out and play, but they were too excited. It's a good thing we went out when we did because it was all melted a hour later. They had fun having snow ball fights and playing "A Christmas Story". Jack was "Ralphie", Logan was "Randy", and they made me be "Scott Farkus". It was pretty fun to chase them around!

This is a picture of him singing. He new all the signs and movements, which was a huge improvement for him from last year when he just sat there!

Logan in the bouncy house. We could not get him out! Adam had to go in after him.

Spooky Dinner

I spent all this time making this cute little "spooky dinner" for the kids, seeing how I knew they would hate what I made for Sunday dinner, and they hardly even touched it! I was so mad!
Banana "Boo", "Kiwistine", "mummy fingers", "blood dip", and Mummy dogs

Field trip

Jack's class took a field trip to Hee Haw farms last week. It was a great way to spend the day. I was the lucky one to go with him. We left Logan at home with my mom because I wanted this to be Jack's special time and not have to worry about chasing a two year old. He had a blast taking a hay ride, petting farm animals, and going thru the corn maze. He even got to pick a pumpkin for the pumpkin patch at the end of the field trip.
